1. Bookings, amendments & cancellations must be made via your customer account on Click here
2. Same day departure bookings cannot be made online less than four hours before departure time.
3. Bookings must be cancelled one hour before departure otherwise No show fees will apply.
4. Applicable levies & fees are payable upon booking.
5. Seats are subject to availability.
6. Pass validity will commence from travel date of 1st booking.
7. Journey must be completed on or before end of validity date.
8. Pass is strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be extended.
9. Emerald Class Upgrade is available with payable fare difference on day of departure at check-in counter, subject to availability.
10. Seasonal Pass cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
11. Unused passes will lapse one year from date of purchase and is non-refundable.
12. BRF reserves the rights to change ferry schedules & vessel type, revise or terminate Seasonal Pass whenever deemed appropriate.
