Free Visa for Singapore Permanent Residents Policy (Update: 22 May 2025)

The following categories of travelers are eligible for visa-free entry when traveling from Singapore to Bintan Resorts:

1. 1. Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs)
      Individuals holding valid Permanent Resident (PR) status in Singapore, identifiable by a blue National Registration Identity Card (NRIC), are eligible for visa-free entry. 温馨提醒：符合资格的旅客在前往民丹度假村时必须携带蓝色身份证
   2. Spouses and Children of Singapore PRs (LTVP Holders)
      Spouses or children of Singapore PRs who hold a valid Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore are eligible. Important: To qualify for visa-free entry, these individuals must enter together with the Singapore PR and present valid documents proving the family relationship, such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, or family registration.
   3. Student Pass Holders
      Foreign nationals currently studying in Singapore and holding a valid Student Pass issued by the Singapore government are also eligible for visa-free access.

Visitor Stay Permit

Upon arrival at Bintan Resorts, eligible travelers will be issued a Visitor Stay Permit via an immigration entry stamp. This permit allows a stay of up to four (4) days.

The permit is strictly non-extendable and cannot be converted to any other immigration status.
