Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and replenishment of food & beverage supplies for ferry kiosks and passenger lounges.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stocks and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts and minimise stock variances and wastage.
• Receive, inspect, and organise incoming inventory
• Support the daily operations of onboard kiosks and passenger lounges to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate catering requirements for chatter services, corporate groups, and special events.
• Supervise kiosk stewards to ensure proper food handling , hygiene and operational procedures are followed.
• Assist in implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
• Assist the Sales team with the deployment and maintenance of onboard advertising materials.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties and undertake other responsibility assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Capable of performing physical tasks to carry F&B items.
• Proficiency in bilingual preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to interact and negotiate well with vendors
• Hardworking , reliable, and able to work independently.

Working Hours / Location

• Monday to Friday ( 8.30am to 5.30 pm)
• Suitable for residents living in the East area, as work location will be at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.
