FAQ During Covid-19 Outbreak : For Indonesian citizens and Foreigners who wants to go to Indonesia.

For travelers to Bintan, please ensure compliance to paragraphs 2 and 6 of the FAQ.

For all incoming passengers to Bintan (Update as of 27 June 2020): 

1. Passengers must present a negative PCR test result.

      If can not, at least must have health certificate.

       Certificate validity is 7 days from the date issued.

2. Quarantine Officials will administer rapid test at BBT for passengers without PCR test result.

3. Passengers to do at home quarantine for 14 days if the rapid test is negative.

4. If the rapid test result is positive, the passenger will be quarantined and do PCR test.

 

At present, treatments provided by Quarantine Officials are free of charge. But passengers  are advised that in the future maybe all treatments will be chargeable.

 

Regulation about Visa and Stay Permits in the New Normal (Update 12 Oct 2020)
Foreign nationals holding a legal and valid Visa and/or Stay Permit will be
allowed to enter the Indonesian Territory through designated Immigration
Border Controls after undergoing the health protocol procedure.
