1.	It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that his/her passport is valid for entry and he/she has fulfilled the immigration requirements in the country of destination. Passport validity: Minimum 6 months.
2.	Each passenger is entitled up to 2 hand-carry items not exceeding 20 kg and no larger than 70cmx51cmx34cm. Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 40kg of check-in baggage. Any weight exceeding 20kg will be charged in accordance with rates levied by the respective terminals.
3.	Bicycles and surfboards are allowed subject to carriage fee and space availability onboard the vessel.
4.	No animals/pets and foul-smelling items are allowed onboard the vessel.
5.	No cargo except personal effects are allowed onboard the vessel.
6.	No dangerous goods such as explosives, firearms, drugs, inflammable materials, are allowed onboard the vessel.
7.	Smoking is prohibited onboard the vessel.
8.	The Company reserves the right to cancel or vary its services in any manner at its absolute discretion, without incurring any liability whateverso.
9.	The Company is not liable for any damages whateverso arising out of cancellation and/or delay in transportation, including delay in arrival of passengers and delay of baggage.
10.	The liability of baggage is limited to USD250, subject to proof of amount of loss. The Company shall not be liability of any loss of cash kept in baggage.
11.	The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damages to any gold, silver, diamonds, watches, jewels, other precious stones or cash kept in personal baggage placed onboard the vessel with no prior declaration of value made.
12.	The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damages, and/or personal injury (fatal or non-fatal) suffered by the passenger howsoever caused.
13.	Any exclusion of liability of the Company shall apply to and be for the benefit of agents, servants and representatives of the Company and any person whose vessel is used by the Company and its agents, servants and representatives.
