
1. Terms of Payment
A 50% deposit of total ticket fares is
required upon confirmation of the group booking.
Balance of full payment is due 14 days before the
departure date.
However, if a group booking and confirmation is
made less than 14 days before departure date, full
payment is required.
Ferry tickets will be issued upon receipt of full
payment.
Bintan Resort Ferries Pte Ltd reserves the right
to cancel any charter if the payment dateline is
not observed.

2. Passengers’ Travel
Details
FINAL number of seats required must be confirmed at least 14 days
before departure. Balance seats will be released at no charge.
Full passenger details, including ticket numbers, must be furnished
at least 7 days before the departure date. |
