1. Terms of Payment
A 20% deposit of the charter price is required upon signing of the charter contract. Balance is due 14 days before departure date.
However, if a charter contract is entered into less than 14 days before departure date, full payment is required upon signing of contract.
Bintan Resort Ferries Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any charter if the payment dateline is not observed.

 
2. Passenger Travel Details
Full passenger details must be furnished 07 days before departure date for immigration purposes.
 
3. Amendment and Replacement
Amendment or replacement of passengers on a chartered ferry will be accepted at no additional charge.
 
4. Cancellation of charter (once deposit has been made)
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing/fax or email to Bintan Resort Ferries Pte Ltd.
